Jacek Morawski: The area consists of three parts, which differ radically in their characteristics. The first is a flat pine forest with good runnability, where you can develop high speeds, but you should definitely be vigilant. The second part is hilly terrain, typical of the Jura with rich rock formations and varied runnability. The third part is the area between the castles in Mirów and Bobolice, where the 4th stage will also be played. The whole creates a perfect mix, which will be a great puzzle for many competitors.

To turn around the trend, we would like to inform that this year’s Wawel Cup will be held by using contactless punching system. But don’t you worry, if you don’t have AIR+ chip, you still can punch controls in traditional way or borrow it from organizers.

Je čas na slíbené překvapení – Rocky sprint, aneb Rychle a zběsile ve skalách! Jde o doprovodný závod v pátek 6. července. Co můžete čekat: sprint za plného soustředění ve skalním bludišti, technickej orienťák a především pořádnou výzvu!

Kvalifikace začíná v 16:00, a pokud se umístíte mezi prvními šesti ve své kategorii, zaběhnete si i finále v 18:00. Finále bude probíhat formou hromadného startu, odděleně pro každou kategorii. V závislosti na počtu přihlášených se můžete těšit na opravdu atraktivní ceny.

It’s time for promised surprise – the rocky sprint! On Friday’s evening sprint in rocky paradise will take place.

Full focus, tricky orienteering and extreme challenge! The qualification will start at 4 p.m. The best 6 people from each class will take part in final run. The finals will be played by mass start and separated for each category. Final runs will start at 6 p.m.

Wojciech Dwojak: The terrain on the 4th stage is one of the most unique in the world. Between Mirów castle and Bobolice castle we can admire open hills with lots of rock outliers reaching up to several dozen metres in height. It is an extremely picturesque and demanding area. Certainly, running there will be great fun and an unforgettable experience for all competitors!
